These Terms of Service apply to all in-person, electronic, remote, and officiant services offered through our website, by phone, or in person.

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and confirmed before services are rendered. Same-day or rush appointments may be accommodated when possible and may incur an additional fee. Travel fees for mobile services will be clearly communicated before confirmation. For all notarization services, it is your responsibility to bring valid, government-issued photo identification and ensure your documents are complete and ready to be signed. We reserve the right to decline any notarization if it is outside the scope of what is permitted under Washington State law or if proper identification is not provided.

Wedding officiant services require a signed agreement and may require a non-refundable deposit to reserve your ceremony date. Final payment is due as outlined in your ceremony package details. Apostille assistance services are limited to document preparation and coordination. We do not guarantee processing times from the Secretary of State or other government agencies but will provide clear timelines and support based on your selected package.
