Hi, I’m Kaitlynn — founder of Petal + Pen Mobile Notary. I’m a certified and insured notary public, RON + IPEN specialist, and ordained officiant based in Kitsap County. I started this business to make essential services feel personal, approachable, and maybe even a little lovely. Whether you’re signing legal documents or saying “I do,” my goal is to make sure you feel informed, supported, and cared for.

I’m based in Port Orchard and serve the lovely communities of Kitsap County and nearby areas. I’m certified in Remote Online Notarization (RON), IPEN, and Loan Signing — and I’m also an ordained officiant for weddings and elopements.
