Cancellation Policy

While we strive to accommodate last-minute and on-demand bookings, our services often involve travel, preparation, and dedicated time—so we ask for mutual respect through the following policies.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, we kindly ask for as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $25 late cancellation fee, depending on the service type and any preparation already completed.

Wedding Ceremony Bookings

All wedding packages require a non-refundable retainer to secure your date. This retainer covers planning, ceremony drafting, and reserving your time. The remaining balance is due by the date outlined in your service agreement.

• If you cancel 14 or more days before your scheduled ceremony, your final payment (if already paid) will be refunded, minus the retainer.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of the event may not be eligible for a refund, as that date has been held exclusively for you.

Apostille Assistance

Apostille service fees cover time spent preparing, handling, and submitting your documents. Because of the nature of this service, refunds are not guaranteed once work has begun or paperwork has been submitted to a government agency.

Deposits & Payments

If your selected service requires a deposit, that will be clearly stated at the time of booking. Deposits are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

No-Show Policy

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and no prior notice is given, the full service fee may still be charged and no refund issued.
